Bonuses and promotions on 33mama come with specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to its terms. 33mama's decision is final in all bonus-related disputes.

Certain general rules apply to all promotions regarding bonuses. Until a bonus wagering is completed, withdrawal of the main deposit may be restricted. It's best not to accept a new bonus if multiple bonuses are active simultaneously. Some games do not count toward bonus wagering or count partially — check the detailed terms of each bonus separately. If you have a dispute with 33mama, first attempt to resolve it through customer service. An initial response will be provided within 3 business days of complaint submission, and a full investigation and resolution is aimed for within 14 business days. Complex cases may take longer.

In case of disputes regarding game outcomes, the game server logs and records are final evidence. For payment-related disputes, bank or mobile banking statements may be submitted as proof.
